Meet Coach Kelly

Coach Kelly helps aspiring Scrum Masters find their first Junior Scrum Master job. Through her Scrum Master Apprentice Boot Camp, you learn insider secrets, tip and tricks to breaking into the field. Pulling from real world experience, Kelly has hired many Scrum Masters over the years, as well as playing the Scrum Master role for over 20 years, Agile coach for 15, and trainer for 20,000+ people in Scrum. Dr. Fidei works with talented people who are ready to grow. She helps you find the best in yourself, then helps you live up to that.

In her own words

Early in my career, I had a nagging feeling that there just had to be a better way. I was curious about Scrum but didn’t know where to start or how to build experience. So I took the 3-day Scrum Master course with the Scrum Alliance, but realized I had a ways to go. My blocker? All the jobs I saw posted required hands-on experience. 

So I found creative ways to build that experience, and over time, got the Scrum Master job, found happiness at work, and became an Agile Coach. I’m passionately committed to creating career growth experiences for you that are practical, accessible and fun. I hold over ten industry certifications,  including certified trainer and career coach from the International Coach Federation, The Scrum Alliance, the Scaled Agile Framework, and IC Agile. 

Now that I know what it takes, I’ve developed programs to help you shortcut your journey to you first Scrum Master job. 

Becoming a Scrum Master is more like learning to speak Spanish vs. learning to ride a bike. It takes practice over time! Going to a Scrum Master training just means that you went to training, not that you can perform the job. So I’ve created a practical program that empower you to actually get the junior Scrum Master job vs. just learning theory.
